Yoga and Naturopathy for Halitosis (Foul Breath)

Bad breath, also known as halitosis, is a symptom in which a noticeably unpleasant odor is present on the breath. It can result in anxiety among those affected. Poor teeth health, chronic tonsillitis, chronic constipation, chronic gastric, sinusitis, smoking, chewing tobacco may be the cause of the foul breathe. Treatment:


Yogic Kriya: Enema & Kunjal once in a week, Jalneti daily.

Pranayama:  Kapalbhati, Bahiya, Shitkari, Anulom Vilom.

Naturopathy: Take mud pack on abdomen followed by enema and Kunjal. Practice Savasana after kunjal for 5-10 minutes. Gargle with saline water.  

Diet Therapy:

Do fasting on lukewarm water, fruit juice and fruit for few days. Eat raw diet viz. fruits, vegetables, sprouted cereals etc. Chew fresh coconut with basil leaves. Chew fresh mint leaves. Chew raisin and black pepper together.
