Yoga and Naturopathy for Hydrocele

A fluid-filled sac around a testicle, often first noticed as swelling of the scrotum is called hydrocele. Provided there is no hernia present, hydrocele below the age of 1 year usually resolve spontaneously. Hydrocele may develop in adulthood, particularly in the elderly and in hot countries, by slow accumulation of fluid, presumably caused by impaired reabsorption, or plugged inguinal lymphatic system or chronic infection or sometimes due to inflammation or injury. Hydrocele are usually painless, but may become large and inconvenient.


Yogic Kriya: Kunjal, Enema

Asana: Gomukhasana, Garudasana, Sarvangasana, Viparitkarani, Halasana, Paschimotanasana, Janusirshasana, Baddhakonasana, Shiddasana,

Pranayama: Kapalbhati, Agnisar, Bahiya,

Mudra: Ashwini Mudra, Mulbandha, Tribandh.

Naturopathy: Hip bath and Sitz bath are beneficial. Hip bath in lukewarm saline water will help to get rid of pain and get rid of deposition. Sun bath is also very good. 

Diet Therapy: Fasting on hot water, fruit & Vegetable juice and fruit.
