Dandruff is a common chronic scalp condition marked by flaking of the skin on your scalp. Dandruff can have several causes, including dry skin, seborrhoeic dermatitis, not cleaning/scrubbing often enough, shampooing too often, psoriasis, eczema, sensitivity to hair care products, or a yeast-like fungus. Dry skin is the most common cause of flaking dandruff.


Yoga Asana: Sirsasana, Sarvangasana, Viparit Karani, Halasana, Karnapidantak Asana, Parbatasana, Paschimotanasan, Janusirsasana and suryanamaskar etc.


.            Massage your scalp with 2 tablespoon lemon juice and rinse with water. Then stir one tea spoon lemon juice in one cup water and rinse your hair with it.

.            Apply Aloe Vera gel in your scalp before taking bath. After taking bath massage your head with tea tree oil.

.            Soak fenugreek seed overnight. Grind it and make paste. Apply it in scalp and leave it for some time and wash it.

•           Soak the Reetha, Amla and Shikakai in water and wash hair with it.

•           Mix a bit of mustard oil in curd and wash your hair.

•           Massage the scalp for 20 minutes with finger tips with curd and then wash it.

•           Mix lemon juice with coconut oil and apply in the hairs.
