Yoga and Naturopathy for Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is degeneration of the bones in the neck (vertebrae) and the disks between them, putting pressure on the spinal cord in the neck.


TREATMENT
Yogic Kriya: Practice Shoulder rotation clockwise and anti-clockwise, Shoulder movement up and down, Moving the shoulder forward and backward, intertwine the fingers, place them behind neck and press the neck moveing elbow forward and backward.
Hold your one hand with other and take it up above your head while inhaling; bend your elbows and pull it to the right side while exhaling keeping left elbowe behind your head. Inhaling take your both hands up and exhaling take it to the left side. Repeat it 2-5 times.

Asana: Padmasana, vajrasana, siddhasana, gomukhasana, suptatadasana, markatasana, salabhasana, matshyasana, Ustrasana, Bhujangasana, Ardhmatsyasana, savasana Pranayama: Practice Anulom Vilom and Nadi Sodhan pranayama.
