Yoga and Naturopathy for Back Pain


Back pain is a common, painful condition affecting the
lower portion of the spine due to disorder in muscles,
nerves or bones. Back pain can vary from a dull
constant ache to a sudden sharp feeling. It is caused
by injury to a muscle (strain) or ligament (sprain).
Common causes include improper lifting, poor posture,

lack of regular exercise, a fracture, a ruptured disc or
arthritis.
TREATMENT
In case of injury, take proper rest. Mix 1 spoon of
turmeric in a glass of milk and boil it properly and
drink hot in the evening before going to bed. If the
pain is due to long term problem, practice of yoga
asana will help by activating the joints that improve
circulation of blood. Increased blood circulation will
detox the dead cell and metabolic waste. Proper detox
will help in absorption of nutrients. It will help in
strengthen the back. As a result over the period of
time, back pain will be cured.
