Yoga and Naturopathy for Kidney Stones

Kidney stones are solid masses of crystallized salts
and minerals like calcium or uric acid etc that form
inside the kidneys and may travel down the urinary
tract. Often, stones form when the urine becomes
concentrated. Kidney stones usually originate in your
kidneys, but can develop anywhere along your urinary
tract. The urinary tract includes the kidneys, ureters,
bladder, and urethra.
Signs and symptoms of kidney stones include blood in
the urine, and pain in the abdomen, groin, or flank.
