Yoga and Naturopathy for Thinness (Excessive Weight Loss)

This is the disorder of digestive system or metabolic
system. It should be corrected instead of eating too
much.
Diet Therapy:
Fasting for a day every week is good idea to balance
them. Fasting should be followed by healthy food viz.
fruits, salad, sprouted, milk, banana, soaked nuts,
mango, raisins etc. Eat healthy and balanced food
but not more than your appetite. Drink green leafy
vegetables and juice honey every day.
Naturopathy:
Apply mud pack on abdomen and than enema. Take
hip bath for 20 min and than go for walking.
Yogasana: Practice Yogasana viz. Dhanurasana,
Paschimotanasan, Sctubandhasana, Uttanpadasana,
Salabhasana. Practice Surya names kara 5 set daily with
holding in every steps for 15-20 second. Yogmudrasana,
sarvangasana, halasana, matsyasana etc.
Bandha & Mudra: Apan mudra and Pran mudra.

Pranayama: Kapalbhati, Anulomvilom, Bahiya
Pranayama etc.
Meditation: Meditation is very useful as it help to
control stress and balance metabolic rate.
