Yoga and Naturopathy for Uterus Disease

Uterus is very important organ of female reproductive
system. There are many problems that can happens in
uterus which includes uterine cancer, fibroids, uterine
prolapsed, ovarian cysts, severe menstrual pain, very
heavy menstrual bleeding etc.
TREATMENT
Yogic Kriya: Take Enema daily and Kunjal once in a
week. Do Shankhaprakshalana once in 3-4 months.
Asana: Butterfly asana, Bhunamanasana, Grinding,
Paschimotanasan, Chakrasana, Pawanmuktasana,
Sarvangasana, Halasana, Matsyasana,
Ardhmatsyendrasana, Gomukhasana, Sirshasana etc.
Pranayama: Kapalbhati, Agnisar, Bahiya, Anulom
Vilom, Nadisodhan, Udgit, Ujjai, Bhramari etc.
Bandha & Mudra: Viparitkarani, Ashwini Mudra,
Uddiyan Bandh, Mool Bandh, Jalandhar Bandh, Tri
Bandh etc.
Meditation: Practice yognidra and meditation after
asana and pranayama.

Diet Therapy:
Live only on water and juices for 5 days and then on
fruits (viz. vegetables, salads and sprouted cereals etc.)
for few days and then on healthy balanced diet. Avoid
fried food, fast food, ready made food, tinned food,
spicy food, stale food, drinking, smoking etc. Minimize
the salt and sugar intake.
Naturopathy:
Apply mud pack on abdomen followed by enema. Take
hot and cold hip bath.
