Yoga and Naturopathy for Nausea or Vomiting during journey

Avoid heavy, spicy, fat rich food and alcohol, avoid
suffocation and make sure that your getting fresh air
avoid noisy sound and listen to your favorite song. You
may smell and eat a lemon. Keep a clove in mouth and
suck. Take a deep sleep. Think positive and stay happy.
Avoid using tablet or reading in moving vehicle.
