My 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at The Yogaguru Institute was a truly life-changing journey. The program provided a perfect balance of traditional yogic wisdom and modern scientific understanding. Each session deepened my knowledge of asanas, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching methodology.Under the divine guidance of Yogaguru Dr. Mohan Karki, I not only enhanced my physical practice but also learned the true essence of yoga — discipline, compassion, and self-awareness. The environment was inspiring, supportive, and filled with positive energy.Under the guidance of Yogaguru Dr. Mohan Karki, I had the wonderful opportunity to conduct yoga classes at Radisson blu MBD Hotel for corporate guests and wellness sessions. Additionally, I enjoyed teaching children’s yoga classes, where I learned how to make yoga fun, engaging, and beneficial for young minds.
