Refund Policy

Physical Products (Yoga Accessories, Books, Magazines)

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

Digital products such as e-books or online courses.

Customized or personalized items.

  1. Process:

Email your refund request to support@tygyoga.com with proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged product.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Subscriptions (Magazines, Online Memberships)

  1. Refunds are not provided for subscription-based products once the payment is processed.
  2. Cancellation of future subscription renewals can be requested anytime.

Digital Products (E-Books, Courses, Downloads)

  1. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are unavailable unless there is a technical issue preventing access to the product.

Event Registrations (Workshops, Classes)

  1. Refund requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event date.
  2. A processing fee may apply to cancellations.
Shipment

At The Yoga Guru Institute, we strive to ensure the timely delivery of your products. All orders will be shipped within 0-7 working days from the date of purchase. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please get in touch with us at theyogaguru.mohan@gmail.com, and we will promptly assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
