Yogaguru Neha is one of the founder members of the Women Health Research Foundation (Trust), Holistic Healthcare Foundation Society and The Yogaguru Institutions. The Yogaguru is currently running Yoga studios in Delhi and Noida. In The Yogaguru, she conducts Yoga therapy for chronic disease management, Power Yoga for fitness, corporate yoga for stress management. Under the banner of Women Health Research Foundation,  Neha ji conducts Women health programs (Infertility, PCOD, PCOS, fibroids, Hormonal Misbalancing, Menupause etc), Pregnancy Yoga for expecting mothers, Postnatal Yoga for new mothers and provide complete solution for women health. 

She is working full time in this field since 2004 after completing 3 years of NDDY (Doctors Degree of Naturopathy & Yoga) program. She is Grand Master in Reki and Pranic Healing. She loves teaching and totally dedicated to teach yoga helping people to have holistic wellness.

Specialised Works: Currently, she is writing a book on “INFERTILITY: An Solved Story”  in which she is covering all the Braches of Female and Male infertility along with their natural treatments. Regularly, she conducts specialized program on pregnancy yoga in Fortis Hospital Noida, Apollo Hospital Delhi, Batra Hospital Delhi and Neelkanth Hospital Gurgoun. She is associated as Yoga Expert with Stem Cells India & Life Cells India.  

Work Experience: She teaches yoga in Russian Cultural Centre Delhi, Sec. 15A Club Noida, Radisson Hotel, Noida, and Fortis Hospital Noida as well. She is publisher of a magazine with the name ‘YOGAGURU (A Wellness Magazine)’ where she is contributing articles on application of yoga in pregnancy.

Case Studies: She has successfully guided numbers of patients with infertility in yoga and got results. She treated number of chronic patients with diabetes, asthma, High Blood Pressure, PCOD, PCOS, UTI, Thyroid Problems, Migraine and Arthritis etc.

Participation in Seminars & Conference: She has actively attended and participated in various seminars, conference and conventions on Yoga, Naturopathy, Moral education, Holistic health, Health and fitness, lifestyle management, meditation etc as I believes in spreading awareness through mass participation. She is a member of International Naturopathy Organization as well as World Academy of Spiritual Sciences.
